Kumariasava Syrup is a digestive aid which contains Aloe vera, ginger, pepper, pippali, clove, cinnamon, cardamom, Mesua ferrea, Plumbago zeylanica, Juniperus communis, Picrorhiza kurroa, Cyperus rotundus, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellirica, Emblica officinalis, Pluchea lanceolata, Cedrus deodara, Berberis aristata, Marsdenia tenacissima, Sida cordifolia, Tribulus terrestris, and Boerhavia diffusa as main active ingredients.
Role of active ingredient:
Aloe vera is used for weight loss, diabetes, hepatitis, inflammatory bowel diseases, osteoarthritis, and in stomach ulcers.
Ginger officinalis increase the motility of the gastrointestinal tract and have analgesic, sedative, antipyretic, and antibacterial properties.
Pepper longum deal with indigestion, as it cleanses the lining of the intestines, helps to improve appetite, enhances digestion, assimilation and metabolism of food.
